This set is exactly what the name claims it to be; a birthstone collection. The project now includes variations on sets in all 12 (by month) birthstones; sterling silver, etched silver, and etched gold; with a couple variations; lock and eternity ball pendants, or simply eternity ball pendants. 
Each set comes with a choker, 2 matching bracelets, 2 matching anklets, and hoop earrings and sells in stores for $450 L. (shown on left; ruby etched gold set with lock and eternity ball pendants) A gem chart is available in stores to help you decide which gem is best for you or for a special someone.
